Brilliant episode. Like I tell my fellow goldbugs--when gold is $50k/oz a large pizza will literally cost $500. From my perspective the bull case is: 1) Gold miners are usually a levered play on gold, but have not kept pace with the metal for the first time in 4 years I’ve been in the sector. 2) If the Fed cuts rates prematurely because ”something goes wrong,” gold could have one of those spikes where it becomes expensive in real terms. In that case, the miners could really moon.
